As you may already know, CLR Financial Services Ltd was renamed CLR CAPITAL Ltd on 24 June 2003. Simultaneously, a new company called CLR Securities & Financial Services Ltd was established, in accordance with the Financial Services Act of 2002, to take over all operations once conducted by CLR Stockbrokers Ltd and the fee earning activities of CLR Financial Services Ltd.

These modifications in our corporate structure resulted in:

	CLR CAPITAL Ltd, a public listing on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, serving as a holding company.
	CLR Securities & Financial Services Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of CLR CAPITAL Ltd, working as a private enterprise.

Then, in June 2004, due to an amendment in the Companies Act, a further change in our name was required. In order to comply with this, CLR CAPITAL Ltd was renamed CLR CAPITAL Public Ltd (CLR CAPITAL).

Inevitably, major alterations to our existing website became imperative. We considered it crucial to design a separate website dedicated to your needs, interests and concerns. The CLR CAPITAL website coexists with the CLR Securities & Financial Services website. It surely represents one of our most reliable and timely lines of communication with you. It will, as well, come to exemplify our commitment to uphold transparency and increase the frequency of putting news your way.

The introduction of our new name - CLR CAPITAL - closely followed the establishment of a full time Investor Relations service. We certainly hope you will make good use of this facility whenever the need arises.
